Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your orders arrive in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy below.

 

Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or Alaska and to the province of Quebec at this time. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping zones in the future as we grow. We thank you for your understanding.

 

We are pleased to offer customer services and shipping across Europe. While our primary operations are based in North America, we welcome orders from European countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply upon arrival. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a notification if there are any delays with your order.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

·         For U.S. Orders (Contiguous States):

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 8-10 business days.

·         For Canadian Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 

Shipping to PO Boxes: We are happy to offer shipping to PO boxes for U.S. orders using USPS. However, please note that not all shipping methods are available for PO box addresses. For express shipping or larger items, a physical street address is required. Additionally, delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If you need assistance with selecting the right shipping option, please reach out to us!

 

Shipping Charges: Free standard shipping on orders over 100$. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of your order, and the shipping destination. 

 

Customs Fees: Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

 

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This email is usually sent within 24 hours of shipment. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@luxpetfeeder.com with your order number for assistance.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Any additional shipping charges due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders: LuxPetFeeder is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once they have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. If your package shows as delivered by the carrier, but you believe it to be lost or stolen, LuxPetFeeder will not be responsible to reimburse or replace the order.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, occasional issues may occur during transit. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@luxpetfeeder.com. We will work with you to resolve the situation, either by reshipping the order or issuing a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
